The teenage years are some of the most challenging but rewarding years in our lives. It is through these years that God shapes each teenager, unveils their unique identity, and draws them closer to His purpose. 1 Timothy 4:12 says, “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” We believe that God can do mighty things through youth who stand for Him. David was just a teenager when he brought down Goliath, Daniel was just a teenager when he made a decision to not eat the foods dedicated to the pagan gods. There are many examples throughout the Bible of how God used humble teenagers to shake the world.

We believe it is a privilege to teach and counsel our teenagers to seek the LORD and follow His will. Our youth ministry lessons are structured as Bible studies allowing the youth to learn how to meditate on the Word of God and apply these lessons in their day to day life. For example, in our Irvine Sunday School Youth ministry, we are mediating on the book of Galatians. Apart from the regular Youth Ministry during the service, we have special events geared towards equipping teenagers to find their passion and showcase their talents for God. Examples of special events include Easter performance, Vacation Bible School- Skit & Drama team, Christmas performance, etc.

Each month we publish a teen’s page in the newsletter. This month’s page is attached below. We encourage your teens to read and be encouraged!
